• All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual colours may vary slightly due to screen calibration, photography lighting, and fabric batches.
• Handcrafted items may have minor natural variations in texture, embroidery, and finish — these are features of handmade work, not defects.
• We make every effort to ensure product descriptions are accurate. However, we do not warrant that descriptions are error-free or complete.
• Prices may change during promotional periods. The price charged is the price at the time your order is confirmed.

By placing an order on appliquethreads.com, you are making an offer to purchase the selected items. Your order is accepted and a contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp.

• You must be 18 years of age or older to place an order on our website.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during checkout including your name, address, phone number, and payment details.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — including suspected fraudulent orders, orders with incorrect pricing, or items that are out of stock after confirmation.
• If we cancel your order after payment, a full refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
• Order confirmation is sent to the email or WhatsApp number provided at checkout. Please ensure your contact information is correct.

We accept the following payment methods for all orders within Pakistan:

• Cash on Delivery (COD) — Pay in cash directly to the courier upon delivery. Available nationwide across Pakistan.
• JazzCash — Mobile wallet payments accepted at checkout.
• Easypaisa — Mobile wallet payments accepted at checkout.
• Bank Transfer — Direct bank transfer to our designated account. Order is processed after payment confirmation.
• Visa / Mastercard — Debit and credit card payments accepted via our secure payment gateway.

We ship across Pakistan via our trusted courier partners — TCS, LCS, and Trax. The courier is selected based on your delivery location.

• Standard delivery time is 3–5 working days (Monday–Saturday). Remote areas may take 1–2 additional days.
• Free delivery on all orders over Rs.1,500. A flat fee of Rs.99 applies to orders under Rs.1,500.
• Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the courier. You are responsible for filing any claims with the courier for lost or damaged shipments.
• Applique Threads currently ships within Pakistan only. International shipping is not available at this time.
• Tracking information will be sent to you via SMS or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges subject to the following conditions:

• Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• We do not offer cash refunds. Approved returns are refunded as store credit (vouchers).
• Sale items, jewellery, and personalised/custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
