Common Delivery Questions

First, check your tracking number on the courier's website. If the tracking shows no movement for more than 2 days, contact us at +92 300 051-7003 or support@appliquethreads.com with your order number and we will follow up with the courier on your behalf.
The courier will typically attempt delivery 1–2 more times or leave a notification. You can contact the courier directly using your tracking number to reschedule delivery or arrange a pickup from their nearest office.
If your parcel or item arrived damaged, please take a photo immediately and contact us within 48 hours at support@appliquethreads.com or +92 300 051-7003. We will arrange a replacement or store voucher at no additional cost to you.
Address changes can only be made before the order is dispatched. Please contact us immediately at +92 300 051-7003 if you need to update your address. Once dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address.
