At Applique Threads, we take great care in the quality of every item we sell. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return. By shopping with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
What Can Be Returned?
Items are eligible for return if they meet all of the following conditions:
- Return request is made within 14 days of the delivery date
- Item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact
- Item was purchased directly from appliquethreads.com
- Order number or proof of purchase is provided
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:
- Items returned after 14 days of the delivery date
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way
- Items with removed tags, labels, or damaged original packaging
- Sale items marked as Final Sale
- Jewellery and earrings (for hygiene reasons), unless received damaged or defective
- Items purchased through third-party platforms or resellers
- Customised or personalised orders
How You Will Be Refunded
Applique Threads does not offer cash refunds. All approved returns are refunded as a store voucher (credit) equal to the value of the returned item.
Your refund will be issued as a store credit voucher which can be used on any future purchase at appliquethreads.com. Vouchers do not expire and apply to any product including sale items.
How to Initiate a Return
Follow these four simple steps to return your item:
Call +92 300 051-7003 or email support@appliquethreads.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will review your request and send a confirmation within 1–2 business days. Do not send any item before receiving approval.
Securely pack the item with all original tags and packaging and send it to our address at I-8 Markaz, Islamabad. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Once received and inspected, your store voucher will be issued within 3–5 business days by email.

Received a Damaged or Wrong Item?
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item
- A brief description of the issue
