Online Shopping Pakistan – How to Order
Simply browse our store at appliquethreads.com, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Fill in your delivery address, choose your payment method — Cash on Delivery, JazzCash, Easypaisa, or Bank Transfer — and confirm your order. You will receive an order confirmation instantly via email or WhatsApp.
No, you can check out as a guest anytime. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save your address, and check out faster in the future. You can register at any point — even during checkout.
Orders can be cancelled or amended within 12 hours of placing them. After that, your order will have entered processing. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp at +92 300 051-7003 or email support@appliquethreads.com.
Enter your discount code in the "Coupon Code" field on the cart or checkout page and click Apply. The discount will be applied automatically. Codes cannot be added after an order is confirmed, so make sure to enter it before you checkout.

Online Shopping Pakistan – Order Tracking & Delivery
Yes! Applique Threads delivers nationwide — Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore, Peshawar, Quetta, and everywhere in between. We ship via TCS, LCS, and Trax, selecting the courier best suited to your delivery location.
Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days across Pakistan. Islamabad and Rawalpindi orders may arrive within 1–2 days. Remote areas may take 1–2 additional days.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp. Use this to track your parcel on the courier's website or visit our Order Tracking page. You can also check status under My Account → Orders.
FREE delivery on all orders over Rs.1,500 — anywhere in Pakistan! For orders below Rs.1,500, a flat fee of Rs.99 applies. No hidden charges.

First, check your tracking number on the courier's website. If there's been no movement for more than 2 days, contact us at support@appliquethreads.com or WhatsApp +92 300 051-7003 with your order number and we will follow up with the courier on your behalf.

Returns & Exchanges
Yes. We have a hassle-free return and exchange policy. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@appliquethreads.com. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. See our full Returns Policy for details.
We're so sorry! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send a photo of the defective or incorrect item to support@appliquethreads.com or WhatsApp +92 300 051-7003 with your order number. We will send a replacement or issue store credit at no extra cost.
Yes, exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. The item must be unused and in original condition. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm availability of your preferred size or colour.
Approved returns are refunded as store credit (vouchers) within 3–5 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item. We do not offer cash refunds — store credit can be used on any future order.
