What Can Be Returned?

Items qualify for return if they meet all of the following conditions:

  • Return request made within 14 days of delivery
  • Item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact
  • Purchased directly from appliquethreads.com
  • Order number or proof of purchase is provided
Exceptions

Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Items returned after 14 days from delivery
  • Worn, washed, or altered items
  • Items with removed tags or damaged packaging
  • Sale items marked Final Sale
  • Jewellery & earrings — hygiene reasons (unless damaged/defective)
  • Customised or personalised orders
  • Items purchased via third-party platforms or resellers
Refund Method

How Your Refund Works

Applique Threads does not offer cash refunds. All approved returns are issued as a store credit voucher equal to the item's value.

Use it on any product at appliquethreads.com — new arrivals, sale items, accessories — with no minimum order value.

⚠️ Original delivery charges are non-refundable. If your order had free shipping, no deduction will be made from your voucher.
Return Process

How to Initiate a Return

Follow these four simple steps:

Contact Us Within 14 Days

Call or WhatsApp +92 300 051-7003 or email support@appliquethreads.com with your order number and reason.

Receive Return Approval

We review and confirm within 1–2 business days. Do not send the item before receiving approval.

Pack & Send the Item

Securely pack with all original tags and packaging. Ship to I-8 Markaz, Islamabad. Return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.

Inspection & Voucher Issued

Once we receive and inspect the item, your store voucher is emailed within 3–5 business days.

✅ Exchanges for defective items are completely free — we cover all return and re-delivery shipping costs.
Conditions

Exchange Eligibility

Your item must meet all conditions to qualify:

  • Exchange requested within 14 days of delivery
  • Item is unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact
  • Replacement size or colour is available in stock
  • Purchased directly from appliquethreads.com

Items not eligible for exchange:

  • Jewellery & earrings (hygiene) — unless defective
  • Customised or personalised items
  • Final Sale items
  • Items that have already been exchanged once
Out of Stock

What If Your Size Isn't Available?

If the size or colour you need is out of stock, we will offer you:

  • A store voucher for the full item value to use on a future purchase
  • A different available size of the same item, if you prefer
  • We will contact you by phone or email to agree on the best solution
⚠️ Stock cannot be guaranteed at the time of your exchange request. Contact us as early as possible for the best chance of getting your preferred size.

How to Request an Exchange

Contact Us Within 14 Days

Call, WhatsApp, or email with your order number, item name, and the size or colour you want instead.

Stock Confirmation

We confirm whether your requested size is in stock within 1 business day and send exchange approval.

Send the Item Back

Pack securely with all original tags and ship to I-8 Markaz, Islamabad. Customer covers return shipping (except defective items — we cover it).

Replacement Dispatched

After receiving and inspecting your item, the replacement is dispatched within 2–3 business days.

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or is the wrong item — we resolve it at no cost to you. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item
  • A brief description of the issue
