Cancellation Policy
At Applique Threads, we understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our business operations.
1. Customer Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been processed or dispatched from our warehouse.

How to Cancel: Please contact our support team immediately via WhatsApp at +92 (300) 051-7003 or email us at support@appliquethreads.com. Please include your Order Number for a faster response.

Timing: We usually dispatch orders within 24 hours. If your order has already been handed over to the courier service, we will not be able to cancel it. In that case, you may receive the package and apply for a return/exchange according to our Return & Refund Policy.
2. Cancellation by Applique Threads
We reserve the right to cancel an order for reasons including, but not limited to:

Stock Unavailability: If the item you ordered is out of stock or damaged.

Pricing Errors: If there is a technical error in pricing or promotion.

Non-Confirmation (COD): For Cash on Delivery orders, if we cannot reach you for order confirmation via CALL/SMS, or if the provided address is incomplete/unverifiable, the order may be cancelled.
3. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

Unpaid Orders (COD): No refund is necessary as no payment was made.

Paid Orders: If you paid online and your order is cancelled (by you or by us) before dispatch, we will reverse the full amount to your original payment method (Bank Transfer/Card) within 3–5 business days.
