At Applique Threads, we want your little ones to look their best without you worrying about the logistics. We try to make our shipping fast and our returns fair. Here is everything you need to know about how we get your order to you and what to do if it’s not a perfect fit.
Shipping Policy
1. Delivery Coverage
We deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan using trusted courier partners (such as TCS, Leopards, Trax, or Call Courier).
2. Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping: We charge a flat rate of Rs. 150 on all orders.

Free Shipping: Enjoy FREE delivery on all orders over Rs. 1500.
3. Delivery Time

Major Cities: 2 to 4 working days.

Other Cities/Remote Areas: 3 to 5 working days.

Note: During sale periods or public holidays (like Eid), delivery may take an extra 1-2 days.
4. Order Confirmation
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you may receive a verification call or SMS from our team to confirm your details before we dispatch the parcel. Please ensure your phone number is active to avoid delays.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number via email/SMS. You can use this to track your parcel’s journey to your doorstep.
Returns & Exchange Policy
We understand that sometimes a size doesn't fit or the colour isn't quite what you expected. We offer a hassle-free 14-Day Exchange Policy.
1. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

You must initiate the return within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. How to Exchange/Return

Contact Us: WhatsApp us at +92 (300) 051-7003 or email with support@appliquethreads.com your Order ID and the reason for the return.

Ship It Back: We will provide you with our return address. Please pack the item securely and send it to us via any traceable courier service.

Note: Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.

Processing: Once we receive the item and inspect it, we will process your exchange or refund within 2-3 working days.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged product or the wrong size/color due to our error, please let us know immediately (within 24 hours of delivery).

We will arrange a pickup or reimburse your shipping costs.

We will send out the correct replacement free of charge.
4. Refunds

Online Payments: Refunds will be reversed to your original payment method.

Cash on Delivery: If you paid via COD, we can refund the amount via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa. Alternatively, we can offer you a store credit/voucher for future purchases.
5. Non-Returnable Items

Sale items are generally considered final sale and may not be eligible for return unless defective.

Accessories (like hairbands or jewelry) may not be returnable for hygiene reasons.
